Ministay For Students Aged 10+ in Winchester
In Winchetser we welcome groups from 25 students up to 45 students between January and May 2026. We are based at Winchetser University Campus. Students and Group leaders will be accommodated in single rooms with shared bathroom.
Our dedicated staff is available at any time and happy to assist with the group on site. Daily meetings with the group leaders are held in order to make sure everything is OK. For full details of the supervision levels for all our students please click here.
The 6 night basic package is very competitively priced and includes:

“CRACKING THE BRITISH CODE” COURSE
These ‘Cracking the British Code’ courses are designed to cater for students at different levels. ‘Beyond Fish & Chips’ is for those up to Intermediate, and ‘Discovering the Intricacies of British Culture’ for those at Upper-Intermediate and beyond. Daily topics include British landscapes and attractions, food, festivals, the Royal Family, and British customs & habits.
The objectives are to:
- Introduce students to basic aspects of Britain and British culture
- Build related vocabulary through practising reading and listening skills in the context of British culture
- To develop basic grammar skills and improve speaking ability and confidence through constant opportunities for discussion and presentation
- To enhance writing and creative skills by creating a blog post and reviews based on poster presentations.
